Bad experience. Poor service. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't come back. I originally scheduled 2 tires to be replaced for winter. I needed rear replaced first. Also had a slow leak i had been putting air into the front tire for a few weeks before coming up with the money to replace two tires. I asked that they replace the bad front tire, rotate new to the back. I waited an hour or so later, get into my vehicle, the light is still on. I check it out and they put new tires on the front, rotated the bad one to the back. Called and explained, had to come back. Wasn't charged for the second time around, thank goodness, but the amount of money I paid originally, I expected better.

Great service and staff! I would like to give a shout out to Devan and his staff! I came needing my front tires replaced with tires I had two tires with me, and they changed my tires out, replaced my swollen lug nuts and was able to order new ones for my tires. Along with new windshield wipers, needed for my car for replacement! My car is now 100%! Quick service! I will be back here!

I travel for work and needed a tire repaired, come to find out I needed new a tire. So, I got 2 new tires put on the front end of my car this day. Devon was AMAZING to work with. Great customer service, walked through everything with me, didn't try to upcharge anything, explained everything in detail, very professional. I was on my way to another store I had to be at, and he took me to my store and even came back and picked me up when my car was finished. While my car was being serviced they noticed that my back tires needed to be replaced as well, Devon called me and explained this to me and we made an appointment for me to come back and get those replaced a few days later. We had a great conversation on our drive to my store and back to his. This man has the greatest customer service I have ever experienced, always has a smile on his face, and doesn't BS around, gets right to the point. And that is how you win a customers loyalty. I may live an 1.5 hours away from this store, but it was well worth the drive to come back down a few days later to get the back tires purchased and put on my car, and that's all because of Devon, he is a great asset to this company, don't eve

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at Bell Tire in Peoria thanks to Devon. I was quoted nearly $1,000 elsewhere and was extremely stressed, but Devon actually listened and helped me find safe, reliable tires within my budget—no upselling at all. He even added road hazard protection and gave me a 20% discount. I paid $451 out the door, which was such a relief. Outstanding customer service, honest pricing, and genuine care. Highly recommend!
